The Senior Year

At the start of the senior year, students should plan their remaining course of study carefully. All University of Oregon and Comparative Literature major requirements must be complete in order to graduate. Students should consult their Degree Guide in DuckWeb, then fill out the Senior Graduation Plan. Seniors should bring the form to a meeting with the major adviser.

Comparative Literature majors should be aware that due to the interdisciplinarity of our major, the degree audit report that the student accesses on DuckWeb may not be completely accurate. Students are advised to keep in close communication with the major adviser when they are planning to graduate.

One or two terms prior to the intended term of graduation, students should submit the Major Completion: Approval to Graduate Form to the major adviser for signature. The purpose of this form is to receive approval from the department for the courses that will be used to complete the major requirements.
